Update Tomorrow

I was going to hold onto my stock left over from Renegade, but I'm really itching to work on some new stuff, so I'm putting a few things in the shop tomorrow.  :)  I have postcards, a few hedgies, a ghost (unless I decide to keep him), and a couple of owls.  Hmmm... a time... let's say 4:00 CST.  That way I have plenty of time to sleep in (I've been CRAZY exhausted since Renegade) and shoot my pictures and all that fun stuff.  Yay!  Okay, tomorrow it is.  I hope to see you then!

Oh, and for everyone emailing about the fawn: the fawn was sold in Chicago, but I'm doing my best to make a few more.  I will hopefully have some to offer in the next week or two.  Until tomorrow...

Renegade Recap

Yay, yay, yay... we are finally home!  Renegade was great!  Some crazy things happened (ie: having no tent or tables, some thievery, etc...), but it wouldn't be a proper trip without some of that, right?  ;)  My family had a great time with Elsie and Jeremy, we met *SO MANY* sweet blog readers, and the weather behaved itself most of the time.  I couldn't really ask for a better time.  :)  Added bonus: we were right on the same corner as Starbucks.  Pretty sweet.

Did I mention that I had the cutest little helper ever???

As we were leaving the city, I realized that we never used the photo booth, and I never really got a chance to take any pictures around the fair.  I guess I'll have to do that next time!  xoxo Katie

Eeek! The Countdown

Renegade is just a few days away!  I have so much left to accomplish, and I'm trying to ignore the fact that there is rain in the forecast.  While I'm running around in panicky denial, I thought I'd share a few more new things with you.  :)

New postcards and wall hangings (that fawn is still a WIP)!

I love this funny little horse.  He's such a charming little fella!

Anyway, back to work for me.  Remember, ElsieCake and I will be sharing a table at the Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago this Saturday and Sunday.  I hope to see lots of you... RAIN OR SHINE!!!

Progress.

This is my life as it stands right now.  I have the rest of this week, plus most of next to finish up what I'm taking to Chicago.  I'm beginning to think that people who sell prints and t-shirts are much smarter than I am when it comes to things like this.  ;)

I am learning a thing or two from these smarties and taking my Skunkboy t-shirts with me, as well as getting some postcards made.  I thing in the long run this will save my craft fair life.  ;)  I hope your day is wonderful.  xoxo Katie

Workin' Hard or Hardly Workin'?

The answer to that question would be a very big, "Workin' hard!"  Though I don't have much stock built because I've been working on lots of custom orders, here's what I have built for Renegade so far.  There are actually a couple more pieces... wall hangings to be exact.  For some reason it didn't cross my mind to photograph them until now.  Anyway, I love doing updated pictures like this and watching the numbers grow.  They go from a small family to a very large one!

Aaaahhhhh... my little family.  :)  I'm going to TRY to have a few little fawns with me at Renegade (and probably keep the original), and after September I'll put some in the shop.  Also, here's a little fella who's getting ready to travel around the world:

Jules is a lucky duck.  She got the last monkey from my last bit of found fabric for this guy.  Until I find fabric that I find suitable, there will be no more monkeys.
