Cider Days

There was a little Fall festival called Cider Days a couple streets over from our house this weekend, so we figured there was really no excuse to miss it.  Poesy had her first sips of apple cider, Hope had a replica of her hand made from wax, and we were all just happy to be soaking up such amazing weather.

We met Dani of Good Natured By Dani and got to peep all of her sweet little animals.  Hope was smitten with a tiny mouse, I loved the sleepy little fox, and Poesy was really into the business cards.  ;)

I really hope Fall sticks around for a little while here in MO.  You kinda just never know when the weather is going to turn, so we take advantage when we can.  What did you do this weekend??

  6. Oh how lovely! I really enjoy outdoor fairs like this - so much fun! I'm glad to have gotten outside to take a walk in the park with my sister this weekend. Breathing in the fresh air and getting to take in all the pretty sights of color-changing leaves and swimming geese? So relaxing!

  16. I love fall festivals. There's just something about the crisp air and seeing all the fun things vendors are selling. I sold my wares at a festival in Kansas City over the weekend. It was a beautiful day, which put everyone in a good mood:) I added my link to my post about the fair. Glad you guys had a great time!

  18. I love festivals! Especially in the fall with the bit of crisp in the air. This weekend I ran a 5K which is up on the blog and I also went to DoorsOpenMilwaukee. A bunch of buildings open their doors to the public--it was VERY cool.

  21. I used to go to Cider Days every year during college, because I lived on Weller. I think I need to revisit that tradition. :) My husband's employer was handing out free Silver Dollar City tickets for last weekend, so we ended up there instead--but it was Heritage Days, so I still got my fill of arts, crafts, and apple cider!
