I love, love the cut-out trend this summer. Not only is it completely adorable, but it's also very functional, considering how warm it's been.
Ice cream cones, breezy dresses, hair up, and open toed shoes: hello, summer uniform. Oh, and I'm pretty sure that red bow on the back of this dress is my favorite thing ever.
