The longer we stay in this house, the more it feels like
our home. I'm learning, little by little, adding touches here and there really make a big difference. Last week we got this beautiful rug in the mail from Etsy seller
Not Too Shaggy and I LOVE it in our space. This is our first time ever having hardwood throughout the house, and I feel like rugs are new territory for me. The rug sits next to our fireplace, so not only is it cozy at night while drinking coffee by the fire, but the girls just sit and play games here. It also helps brighten up the living room. I never realized how much brown furniture we owned until we moved here!
I do plan to do a home tour when I feel like the house is ready for sharing. For now, I'll continue sharing (biggish) peeks. :)
**Shannon is offering Skunkboy readers a 10% discount code on all her rugs, pillows, and blankets with the code "skunkboy". She made Poe a little 2x3 matching rug and it's adorable! I'll share photos soon!
What a beautiful home you have! I love the rug

ReplyDeleteI love your home! Especially the hardwood floors. we have hardwood in one room in our townhome. But the main level is this weird carpet Scott had when he was renting out his place before we met/got married. So our next big project is getting new carpeting (I cant wait!)
