Snapshots

This weekend was one of those calm, uneventful ones.  I didn't really cook at all, I cleaned up most of the birthday party aftermath, but didn't have the heart to take down all of it quite yet, and I slept in for 2 days in a row (!!!).  I did, however, find myself at a rollerskating rink on a Friday night (it was crazy) and I did climb a tree in a dress (with a rope ladder- I'm not THAT good), so maybe it wasn't as uneventful as I thought.  What did you do this weekend?  Anything to write home about?

  1. My weekend was pretty low-key. Didn't do much at all. My car was in the shop Saturday, so that kind of kept me from doing much. It was nice though, relaxing. :)

    Happy Monday!

  3. I'm jealous of your sleep ins! Can I get a couple of those to go, please?
My weekend was also uneventful, but uneventful for real :) Quiet time at home with kids, a Sunday walk around neighborhood and some furniture moving in the living room (still trying to figure out the way to live with all the toys without going crazy)

  4. There are places where you can still go rollerskating?!?! That's pretty cool!! I saw Gansgter Squad this weekend and I think had way too many high expectations for the film. Definitely wait for it on cable! =)

    1. Haha I think any movie with both Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone starring in it would have high expectations placed on it. Especially after Crazy, Stupid, Love. Oh wells.

  16. your table and chairs make me long for my childhood. My mom had a yellow table, and we had the chairs to match in all different colors (red, green, gray, yellow). She eventually sold it when she was short on cash and I miss it all of the time
